Urgent

Now that you have spent the time and money converting your media to digital images & videos, it is critical that you create a backup copy of your data. Hopefully, you will never need to utilize your backup - but if tragedy does strike, you will be eternally grateful that you had a backup.

To ensure that your newly digitized data is protected, you need to check your discs & hard drives as soon as you receive them. Digital images are stored on our server for 30 days and video files are stored for 14 days. After that time, all files will be deleted, and we can no longer be responsible for your data.

It is essential that you copy your data to a second and even a third storage media within 30 days of receiving your order. Hard drives fail, computers crash and discs can fail or be misplaced. Digital cloud storage has become very affordable and will give you the peace of mind of knowing your data is stored safely in the event of a disaster. We recommend you have your data stored in at least two locations to ensure you always have a backup. After 14 days for video & 30 days for digital images, we can no longer be responsible for your data, so please create a backup.
